The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “To Amend the Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2012” re settling debts on tariff difference for heating energy for the citizens

The law allocates funds for settlement of debts on tariff difference for heating energy that was produced, transported and provided to the citizens, which arose in connection with discrepancies between the actual cost of heating energy and the tariffs.

The law was adopted with consideration of proposals of the Committee on Budget.

The respective bill was registered under No. 11396.
